Qualities of a Sound Church:

1 But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: 2 that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience; 3 the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things-- 4 that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed. 6 Likewise exhort the young men to be sober-minded, 7 in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, reverence, incorruptibility, 8 sound speech that cannot be condemned, that one who is an opponent may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say of you. 9 Exhort bondservants to be obedient to their own masters, to be well pleasing in all things, not answering back, 10 not pilfering, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things.
Titus 2:1-10 (NKJV)

You know as I read this chapter here in titus 2:1-10; It is strange how we don't see this in out churches today. Why is everyone so worried about what they say to another person whom comes into the church body. It seems to be there is a lack of obedience towards God in our church today, and yet some think that God is OK with this and God will forgive them. Of course that wouldn't be right, if God (Jesus Christ) all throughout old testament espically in Ezekiel to name one book in the bible that everyone should Repent and forsake their sins (that is their transgressions). Today we have people who live a atlernative lifestyle and yet we don't confront them with this. Why is this, could it be that none of these people are true believers themselves? Maybe they haven't truly judged themselves by scripture to remove their own problems (plank) and they are fearful others will see right through them and judge them which the other person is then guilty of "judging" and they too will be judged by God with what measure they judged, check out Matthew 7 and see what Jesus said about this topic about "judging" and how we should go about doing this.
1 "Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. 3 And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? 4 Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye'; and look, a plank is in your own eye? 5 Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
Matt 7:1-5 (NKJV)

Some think that by helping a brother or sister out in Christ and explaining to them what they are doing and lovingly explaining to them is wrong and how the Lord God Jesus Christ hates sin and even telling what is sin to a Holy and Loving God who will punish all transgressors of the Law. Jesus said if you Love me "Keep my commandments." Since we know "Love" is a fullfillment of the Law. And this Love Jesus spoke about like Peter when He said "Do you Love me Peter?" this is not affectionate love this is Love in action (meaning not with words) but actually telling and warning others about the judgment to come and showing someone you care for them even though you don't know them, but don't want to see them in hell. And God specifically said in Revelation 21:8 "All liars will have their part in the lake of burning sulfur."
8 But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."
Rev 21:8 (NKJV)
And He won't stop there:
9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
1 Cor 6:9-11 (NKJV)

See we need to exaimine ourselves by scripture not by mans standard but by His Word, cause it doesn't return void. So if your not sure if your not saved would you please do it today cause 150,000 people die everyday and you might die today. We never know when we will die, today if you hear His Word Repent and forsake your sins (that is your transgressions) against God, His Law the Law that was given to Moses as a mirror to show us out state before Him. If your not sure you can read Psalms 51 and make it your own prayer.
